  • Enrollment is open year-round subject to availability in specific classes or programs.

  • New students must complete an enrollment form and agree to abide by all academy policies.

  • Students under 18 must have the form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Attendance Policy

  • Regular attendance is crucial for consistent progress.

  • Students must inform the academy at least 24 hours in advance in case of absence.

  • Repeated unexcused absences may result in a review of the student's enrollment status.

4. Class Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of a cancellation by the academy, a makeup class will be scheduled or a credit will be issued.

  • Students may request to reschedule a class with a minimum of 24-hour notice, subject to instructor availability.

5. Tuition and Fees Policy

  • Tuition fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each term/month, depending on the chosen payment plan.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless previously arranged with the administration.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Trivat Music Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Student information will be used solely for internal purposes and will not be shared without prior consent.

  • Photography or video recording during classes will only be conducted with appropriate permission.

7. Health and Safety Policy

  • Students who are unwell should stay home and notify the academy.

  • The academy follows health and safety protocols to ensure a safe learning environment for all.

  • Emergency contact details must be provided upon enrollment and kept up to date.

8. Equipment and Facility Use Policy

  • Academy instruments and facilities must be treated with care and respect.

  • Any damages caused by negligence may be subject to repair or replacement fees.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the student; the academy is not liable for lost items.

9. Media and Promotion Policy

  • The academy may use photos or videos from events or classes for promotional purposes, with prior consent.

  • Students and parents may opt out of media usage by notifying the administration in writing.

10. Code of Ethics for Instructors

  • Instructors at Trivat Music Academy are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
